Very bright unit with lots of newer windows located at 2619 Liberty St. We offer two parking spaces in the rear and pay for snow plowing the driveway. The apartment will be vacant April 1st so we are able to show after that. There is work to do in advance of renting the apartment so it will not be available until after April 15th – have to lay concrete on the front of the driveway to repair and widen.
We are also moving the laundry from the basement to the office room in the apartment (basement is OK for storage but ceiling is too
low). Central air has to be added but that won’t be until summer. The rent is based on that addition plus the rest of the updates.
$665 rent includes sewer/water and trash removal. Tenant pays gas and electric. We will consider an indoor cat with reference. I like dogs but there is no yard and I don’t consider it dog-friendly so only a cat will be considered with references.
This is a 2nd floor unit, Apartment 6, one bedroom in the City of Erie. The rent includes one car parking space only. We cannot rent to anyone with two cars since there is no where to park the 2nd car. The tenant vacates by 1/31/18 so it will be available once it is painted.
