1-Bedroom in February

This is a 2nd floor unit, Apartment 6, one bedroom in the City of Erie.  The rent includes one car parking space only.  We cannot rent to anyone with two cars since there is no where to park the 2nd car.  The tenant vacates by 1/31/18 so it will be available once it is painted.

Rent is $395 plus gas and electric and we do use an application and credit check to qualify.  We pay water/sewer/ trash plus driveway plowing.  Minimum tenant income to qualify is 3 times the rent monthly.  Tenant pays gas and electric and each run about $30 to $50 a month.  There is a coin-op washer and dryer in the building for tenants. No dogs allowed. We are a quiet rental so please

This is our smallest unit with no bathtub so be advised.  One car parking space is open as well.

No Units left for 2017

Hello, we have rented (or renewed the lease) of all our remaining units for this year. In the spring of 2018, I am expecting a large townhouse to be open for rent as well as at least one duplex.

So sometime in February 2018, if you are looking, feel free to email me to get on the list to look when units are open.

Townhouse #5

RENTED END OF JULY 2017:   Inside an old church, these townhouses are two bedroom units.  The master bedroom is the 2nd floor with a large walk-in closet and master bathroom, all new. The second bedroom is fully enclosed in the finished basement with a full bath.  So,  there are two full baths plus a half bath on the main floor so guests do not have to climb the spiral staircase. 

This unit is completely rebuilt with all new bathrooms, kitchen, gas fireplace and flooring. It is enormous with  a cathedral ceiling 30feet high.

We pay for the water / sewer/ and the trash plus snow plowing. We include two off-street parking places in the rear with each townhouse. This unit rents for $850 plus gas and electric.
